Splendid Navy and White Stripe Casual Dress

Navy and white stripes, drawstring at the waist. Worn but still in good condition. Size Large. I liked it, the waist just hit me in a weird spot because I'm kind of short waisted. :) the skirt can fall pretty short, so you might wear it as a tunic over tights or pants.
