Splendid Indigo blue top size medium rayon. Never worn and in excellent shape

Really cute splendid top size medium made of rayon however it’s washable and it’s never been worn. I just tried it on and took the tags off. Is it measure 16 inches across the chest from? I inches long in the bear and a the front 23 to 25 inches long. The front is tapered. This is a gorgeous blue and great for spring and summer. Thanks for looking
