hannahhchen I am not able to cancel the transaction on my half. If you are able to cancel the order from your side, then I will not ship the dress. If the order has not been cancelled by Monday, I will ship the dress.

hannahhchen Can you report error on the sale? I saw that you had done that before. Now the dress is shown as sold and it's not so... That's kind of an issue

hannahhchen If you click in the bottom right corner in your profile tab, you should be able to go to "my purchases" and then click on my dress and report problems or inquiry then cancel your order from there
