Spirit halloween "cheerleader skirt"

black pleated cheerleader style skirt from spirit Halloween. new with tags. never worn. size medium. 2 white stripes. nice material, good stretch all over. waist had flat measurement included (that pic is also of the back) and the waist will easily stretch 2 more inches, and even 2 more inches after that but not as easily and I think anything past 2 inches would probably be uncomfortable. last pic is length from top of waist band to bottom. I'm sure it's meant to be used for a costume but it's absolutely good quality enough for daily wear
