Twisted Clown (Pennywise from IT) costume. Labeled as a size Medium but is altered to fit a women’s size Small (chest & shoulders taken in about an inch & a half). Shown in fourth picture after being altered to a size Small. Costume comes with dress, pettiskirt, hat, socks, & collar. Only worn a couple times & in excellent condition.
