Spiral Paperweight John Gentile Glass Studio Oval Green White Swirl Bubbles VTG

One of the more attractive pieces made by John Gentile of Gentile Glass of Star City WV, that I have seen. Excellent clarity with green & white swirl stripes and controlled bubble treatment throughout the piece. I have pictured it with different backgrounds & lighting so you can see the variations in it that different lighting creates. I think it looks much brighter in person, the photos do not convey the complete beauty of the piece. Stamped with the makers mark on the bottom. Approx size: 3.5" h x 3" w, weighs over 1 lb Condition: Excellent, a few light small scratches or scuffs from use. Nothing noticeable except under strong light imo. Keats said "A thing of beauty is a joy forever". Each of us has a different idea of what "beauty" is. I find quality vintage items and offer them to you, the beholder.
