Spiked peep toe stiletto

Cognac colored peeptoe shoe with metal spikes across back of each heel. Worn 2 times. Left shoe is missing a gemstone from storing, moving, shifting shoes. Do not have missing stone. Check out 3rd pic to see detailed view of missing stone. My local cobbler agreed to fix it, but since the heels are too high for me, I never got around to it.
