Spiegel tan silk circle skirt sz 12

by Spiegel size 12 90% silk 10% spandex sand/tan colored circle skirt with zipper on side. soft flowy fabric. measurements taken with the garment laid flat, 14 in from side to side at waist, although the fabric itself is stretchy, the waistband is sewed in such a way that it is not. 24 in Long from top to bottom hem. in good second hand condition with no rips or stains. however, there are a few small pools in the fabric and some marks at the top of the waistband from a hanger. I don't think these issues would be noticeable when you are wearing the skirt. Smoke-free home, however I do have cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
