Spiegel all weather coat.

This is a precious peacoat can be worn all year long. Larger cut sleeves that go 3/4 way down arm. Chest fits full with 3 large fabric buttons, and at waist it goes to a full ruffle coat to make it flow over dresses, jeans, leggings or thicker items of clothes too. Liner is 100% acetate (thin material), with a polished cotton on outside shell. This is an all around adorable jacket. The only issue is the 3rd button does not work!! Parts are all there though! Price reflects this!!!!
