Spice Girl/Y2K Gyaru/Surfer Barbie Costume

So many costume ideas in one outfit! Dress it up or dress it down! Fits Adult size 4-6 or Child size L-XL. The dress is reversible and has major Y2K/early 2000s vibe but has no tag. The dress fit me when I was a size 5 but my hips are too big for it now. The pink jacket has never been worn, still has its tags and is perfect for any occasion!
