Sperry rain and cool weather ankle boot.

These comfy boots are perfect for that wet day out and about. Will keep your feet dry and warm. I have only worn them a handful of times so they are in great shape. The removable insole is missing as I used orthopedic inserts when wearing them, (see last picture).
