I wear a women’s 6 and have been wearing these for about a year. The actual size is a 4M, but they fit me great. I’m assuming they are a 4 boys. There are a few blemishes as shown in the pictures where I fixed the black piece that separates the leather from the sole. Still a lot of life left!
