Sperry Top Sider swim top cover up

EUC no flaws Sperry Top-Sider navy blue and white striped swim cover top. The tag is torn out but I feel like it is a small. I will list as such. I’m a size 6 and the mannequin is also a size 6 so you can see how it fits on it. It is stretchy material. 3/4 length sleeves. Measurements are: under arms across chest 17”, across back shoulders approximately 13” ( no defined shoulders) overall length is 24”.
