Sperry Brand 100% Cotton White Sailor Pants with Tan Stitching Women's Size 16

Sperry brand (like Sperry Topsider) white, 100% cotton sailor pants with tan stitching. Front panel has two buttons which open to get into pants - other buttons are embellishments. The back gusset laces up but is an embellishment as well. Size is marked as a 16, but they run on the large side and may fit an 18 (see measurements in photos).
