Soft knit black dress with cut out bodice from Spense. Size Small. 94% viscose, 6% spandex. Bust is 15.5" laid flat unstretched. Elastic waist has drawstring and is 16.25" laid flat. Can be made smaller w/ drawstring or stretched up to 23" Hips 2175" laid flat Length from top of shoulder to hem is 37" Never worn! It looked great in my closet, tho, and is SO SOFT!!
