This is a Spense black maxi dress with a faux leather half belt. It has an empire waist and the fabric has a lot of stretch. Wore it when I was a 38 DD and it fit great, super flattering. See pics for measurements. Cute braided straps. Great condition

Can the belt be removed?

@cheddarbomb99 it is sewn in by loose stitching that you could easily cut but it looks like the ends are sewn into the seams at the side so that would be more difficult. I added a few more pics for reference
