Spense Peplum Dress

Classy tweed peplum dress by Spense. White and black plaid bodice in a textured tweed with a peplum ruffle at waist. Soft, stretchy solid black bottom from the waist down. Hits right around the knee depending on your height. Back zipper. Attached chain at neckline. In the very center of the chain it has come loose from the stitching, but since it’s directly in the middle it looks like it’s made that way but it’s not. Size 18W.
