Full disclosure: I last wore this about 15 years ago, dry-cleaned it, and it's been in a garment bag in my closet ever since. I finally decided to part with it and on close inspection, found flaws in both the shell and the skirt as per the photos. Plus, the elastic in the skirt has degraded and stretched out with time, probably from the dry cleaning fluid. It is still very wearable as an ensemble, but I've lowered the price accordingly.
