Beautiful blouse by Spell. Excellent condition. Only worn a handful of times. Can be worn off or on the shoulders. Ties at waist if you want to wear higher and more blousey. Has silver metallic threading. Bust measurement - 20 inches across (x2) Center of bust to hem - 19 inches Arm opening - 5.75 inches (x2) Note: the elastic at the arm openings is twisted.
