Hello, I have a question about the sizing of this dress. I noticed that the back seems to be elastic; is that the case? Is there stretch in the waist? If the waist is stretchy what is the range of swaist sizes it can accommodate. I’m a 36b bust and 31-32 inch waist so I’m trying to determine is what size would be best in this dress.
