Spell and The Gypsy Collective Portobello Road Tassel Dress in Mustard Seed

V neck Tassel trim This dress has been altered to make it smaller. Seams are professionally sewn with a sewing machine. This dress had open underarms- kimono style, but they have been closed up and now the sleeves are traditional sleeve style. Sleeves flare. Please see third picture. It is size Large, but for a more relaxed look it would fit a size Medium better. That’s why I’m marking it as Medium. Please see measurements to ensure it fits. Pit to pit is 20 1/2” Hip area is 21” Excellent condition
