desertbaby27 @candace361 yes the neckline is elastic. It is in new condition (I’ve only worn it a couple times and bought it with tags) so the elastic has all its stretch 😊

desertbaby27 @sangelinic I would go for a medium if I were you! Just because there is minimal stretch room and the fabric is fairly delicate as most spell clothes are. I’d feel bad if you bought it and it didn’t fit.
