Spell Pandora Gown

I am giving up the hope to alter this dress for my petite height. I have been looking for a seamstress but ultimately am nervous to entrust anyone with it. I am 5'1 and the bodice will need to be altered in addition to the length. Not sure I want to risk it. Purchase second-hand from a lady in Australia but obviously never worn by me. It is in perfect condition.
