I bought this Speedo Thermal Swimsuit for our grandson to wear in the pool so he didn't get so cold but it is too small. The tag says 2T but it fits more like a 18 month. I know they should be snug but I couldn't even get it up over his shoulders. I'll have to find a larger one for him.
