I purchased this for my son, but it’s too small. I would say it would fit a 3rd grader well, or a smaller 4th grader. I used the Speedo size chart, but I believe these run a bit small. My son is lean 4’6” and 68 lbs. I’m going to order him a 24 or 26 instead. Never worn, new with tags. Seems very high-quality.
