Women's plus size black and white short sleeve dress from Speed Control New York. Black abs white chevron print. Short rolled sleeves with caplets. Elastic waist. Buttons up the front half way. Two front chest pockets. 100% polyester. Excellent pre-owned condition from a smoke-free home. Approximate measurements are 23 inches across the chest from armpit to armpit and 39 inches long from shoulder to hem. There is a small spot on the inside if one sleeve (see photo). Not noticeable when worn. The buttons have tarnished. But I think it gives a cool look to the dress. Summer fun, picnic, vacation, cruise, resort, dressy, classy, office attire, work, fun.
