Spectacular looking dress!

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! Does need an under slip...it's not lined! I love the graphics outlined on all over the dress. Approximate measurements : Armpit - armpit 18 1/2 inches ( across ). Waist 36 ( around ). When the tie bands are extended to the fullest...Depending on the size of the person, the tie bands can be adjusted to fit.
