Speckles Tube Top Strapless Cotton Dress 11

In good to excellent conditon PLEASE NOT I MARKED THIS AS A MEDIUM IN THE LISTING as I feel its more a small to medium than a size 11 THE TAG HAS A NBR 4 marked on it.
