curious about sizing? What is the waistband- inseam? What age range?

@treasureswoon hi there, the waist band is 11.5 in. It is elastic on the back and has a drawstring. The inseam is 9in. I’d say the size is about a 7/8 but with a lot of wiggle room since the legs are cut loose and the waist is stretchy.
