Special occasion plus size wrap dress

Special Occasion blue wrap dress from Baltic Born. Their dresses are really great quality, fully lined underneath and not cheap fabric. It has a heavy weight to it that smooths everything out. Beautiful embroidered detailing. Worn once for a special occasion and then washed it, where a small portion of the ruffle hemming came unstiched. Minor fix (see in picture), its why im selling for such a bargain. Size 3x, fits a 2x as well
