Special occasion dress

Beautiful dress, only worn once for a wedding. Both dress and lining are very stretchy. Pretty ribbon tie on back. Mermaid cut with tulle slits, very beautiful when you walk. 21im pit to pit when laying flat (does stretch) 33 inch waist when laying flat (does stretch) 46.5 inch length from armpit down For reference, I'm 5'1, waist 38, Bust 38B.
