In great condition everywhere but the straps. I don't know if the company would replace them or not, but it couldn't hurt to ask. The bag is in great shape, with no signs of wear ANYWHERE except the pleather. This is why I hate pleather. It was not used and so the pleather straps became stiff and when it was used, the pleather failed & cracked & peeled. The edges of the base in a couple spots are doing the same thing. Frustrating! You could replace the straps yourself if you can use a grommet gun or a coupler...or if you can sew. If you're crafty you could make this cuter than it already is. it measures 15" tall x almost 16" across x 6" wide. The strap drop is 9½". There's 2 zippered pockets on the outside 1 zippered pocket on the inside 3 open pockets on the inside 1 key snap on a strap on the inside Thanks for looking, sorry no trades, holds or Saturday shipping rpb
