Sparkly sequin star drop-waist dress - 4T Andy & Evan

NWT very chic! High quality, perfect condition. Silver sequin stars with black sequins and mesh overlay on front. Soft knit arms, skirt, and back. So disappointed my daughter never had an opportunity to wear this! One of the tags says the color is navy, but I’ve looked at it in several different lighting situations, and it always looks totally black to me.
