Sparkly navy blue party dress

Appears brighter purple on cover photo, but is actually a navy blue color. Only worn once, beautiful strapless sparkling party dress with ruffles and see-through cutout on bust. Tag says 7 but fits size 4. (Last photo is no flash, but in reality the dress does not appear that dark)
