Sparkly dark blue mini dress

Sparkly dark blue mini dress.I believe its polyester. Tag does not have size on it...I believe it's a Medium... Last thing.. I'm pricing it at a cost lower then I normally would because the straps were too long so I cut them and tied them into a knot as a temporary fix. You could easily undo the knots and sew it yourself or have a seamstress do it. Or I will do it for an additional $5 only upon request.
