Sparkly boatneck mini dress

Condition: excellent, tried on and washed but never worn, hanger strings removed Info: Black boatneck mini dress with silver sparkles in the fabric (tried to capture the sparkle on video). 3/4-sleeves. 96% polyester 4% spandex. Top of shoulder to curved bottom hem approx 30", armpit to armpit approx 14". Story: I think I bought this from Wet Seal. I kept waiting for the perfect occasion to wear this, and no such luck. So I'm selling stuff I don't wear. I mean, someone should wear this beautiful dress.
