Sparkly Women’s Waterproof Boots

Super cute dark blue/grayish sparkly waterproof boots! There are two little scuffs that I can see but they are pretty unnoticeable when wearing them. There is some dirt and such on the bottoms which I will do my best to clean, they are otherwise in great condition. These are a size 9 but are a bit narrow and could probably fit an 8.5 as well!
