Sparkly, Shimmery "Notations" Top - Size L

Very pretty top with attached tank & necklace. Sparkly, shimmering silver color with black 'velveteen' type flowers on it. 3/4 sleeve. This was actually mine and I wore it ONE time. I felt the silver color made my porcelain skintone too 'pale'.. just not the right color for me.. Very pretty and will dress up a skirt of black jeans beautifully !
