Sparkly Red Skirt

This skirt is so cute and perfect for a Halloween costume or as a dance skirt. It is an XL in kids sizes, but I'm a small adult and it fits me fine. I bought a black and a red skirt to wear with a Halloween costume and ended up using the black. So this one is NWT. Would be great to pair with a black shirt and devil horns for a devil costume. Or, it could be a good Christmas skirt or tutu for children.
