Sparkly Navy Blue formal dress

Very sparkly navy formal dress. Only worn a couple of times. It it size XS (fits like a 0/2). I am 5’2” wearing approx 3” heels with extra train so would fit anyone 5’1”-5’5” depending on heel height and slit.
