Sparkly Blue Formal Maxi Dress

Gorgeous sparkly blue gown. It is a size 6 and true to size. Flat waist 14” I bought this second hand, and it appears to have been hemmed and thus it is too short for me. I am 5’6” and it reaches about ankle length. I would not suggest this dress for anyone over 5’4”. Other than that, it’s beautiful and has no flaws that I’m aware of.
