Apparently this dress used to be part of a two piece set. This listing is for just the Dress There's a lot going on but it's subtle. The darkest fabric has a knit-in texture. There's a dark gray undertone, not deep black, though this could be caused by the sparkles Then there's the random sparkles, so three shades.
