Sparkled and fringed tunic

Very soft tee material. Small, sparkly rhinestones mix with the tie dye on the front. 3/4 sleeves. Listing as black/white but in some lights it actually looks like dark navy. Scoop neckline. Measures 24" from middle of front neckline to bottom of fringe.
