Sparkle and fade, strapless mini dress

Blue, black and white, strapless mini dress with rubber lining on top to hold up and plastic supports.. one under each breast and then in the exact same spot, but on the backside as well. In the picture it is where the white and blue meet. It wrinkles a little in the chest part until you put it on because there are no breast cups or anything in it
