Are these true to size or would you say size up? I know you have the size chart but I hear so many different things about the brand

@jamielgood510 I am traditionally a large (12-14) and these fit, but they are snug. They definitely hold everything in well. I’m just not a leggings gal. So to answer your question, I feel like they run on the small side. If you’re a large they would probably work. But if you’re an XL I would size up.
