@pswilliams81 the chart is pretty good tool so far for me. By the chart a large would be too small in chest and waist. And the extra large is perfect for your waist and bust so I would do the light cream in an extra large.

How tight is it around the thigh? I lift weights so my quads are larger than most which means that with things like this it tends to cut my leg off and look really strange I needed to have a good amount of lax in the thigh area.
