Spanish lace off the shoulder fitted top

So stunning, lace details, vintage with a great flattering fit, I’m 5’3, 136 lbs and 34DD fits a little tight so I would say it fits like a small. Heavy fabric with inner liner. I’m having a hard time identifying the designer but t looks like it’s Ribkoff trends might be affiliated with Joseph Ribkoff but I’m not sure.
