Spanish Dancing Dress Wrap-around Double Tie Skirt, Pullover Top Ruffle Neckline

This Spanish Dancing Dress. I acquired this from a lady that used to live in South America. She said she got it there. It is handmade. Black with Red roses. Top. Elastic neckline so easily goes off the shoulders. Lace at Ruffled neckline. Sleeveless. Pullover. There is no stretch to this outfit. Feels like 100% cotton. Lightweight. Measurements Back base of collar to hem 23" Pit to pit 24" Skirt. double ties...so you can wrap around. So one size may fit most. see pictures. Length 38 7" ruffle 84 when spread out. Waist, flat lay is 25" Ties are 20" This skirt will give a good spread when twirling. It is handmade. I see some raw edges inside in places, but a serger was also used.
