Spaghetti strap summer dress

This little number is the perfect dress for an outdoor party, going to dinner or just feeling pretty. It has spaghetti straps and empire waist that is gathered and elasticized. There is very small lace scalloping around the top. The bottom of this dress has a ballooned skirt that falls perfectly, but adds a little style and flirtation.
