Southern threads lined dress with flared sleeves

Look lovely in lace with this dress! Fun flared sleeves and a fridge hem. This dress looks great with boots or with wedges. There’s slight discoloration on a spot on the back in the upper-mid left hand side. It looks like a bluish tint. It very difficult to see and you have to search for it to find it! I included a picture (last photo). Size small and fits true to size!
